1. Protect your data
- Never post full product keys, API tokens, passwords, or payment details.
- When sharing a key, mask it (e.g.
XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-AB12C). - Don't post full Installation IDs or Confirmation IDs publicly. Use support tickets for these.
2. Post in the right place
- Choose the most relevant category.
- Search before posting to avoid duplicates.
- One issue per topic.
3. Write clear topics
- Use a descriptive title (e.g. "Get CID returns 'blocked' for Office 2021" rather than "Help!!").
- Include the product and edition, what you tried, and any error message.
- Screenshots are welcome, but blur sensitive data first.
4. Be respectful
- No insults, harassment, or spam.
- Stay on topic and keep replies constructive.
5. Prohibited content
- Selling, trading, or requesting keys.
- Advertising, referral links, or self-promotion.
- Cracks, piracy tools, or illegal activation methods.
6. Moderation
- Posts that break these rules may be edited, locked, or removed.
- Repeated violations may lead to an account suspension.
